I was officially diagnosed with MS in 2000. My first symptom was a bout of optic neuritis in 1995, not long after meeting my now-husband. Twenty years and two great kids later, there seems to be a protocol that’s as close to a cure as I’ve dared think about. So this is me, trying to get the best of MS.

I took a Mindfullness based course to help reduce my stress and anxiety level, live better and feel better and all that wonderful stuff. Part of it is meditation, but the key is starting small. ie: i minute…2 minutes….:) I do not consider myself to be good at it. I also have the I want to be good at it now problem, I can sit still and read a book no problemo, but sit still and think of “just being” takes work!
I am thinking of you & cheering for your success in taking this head on… Hugs & prayers!
